I've been using Essential oils for over 10 years. Whether massaging with clients, in my home, as a perfume scent, or even how I clean. I've learned throughout the years that essential oils are becoming more popular, but not everyone knows how to use them. There is so many different ways you can include and benefit from them in your daily routine , and to add some cleaner ingredients to yourself, and home is just a plus!
As we all try to live a more intentional lifestyle, I believe that adding essential oils into it makes all the difference.
Let's get into it, and learn how you can start!
#1 - Aromatic
is the term for Aromatherapy and it was derived from the fact that essential oils are, by nature, aromatic.
The easiest way to aromatically use essential oils is by taking a deep inhale right from the bottle. You can also enhance this feature by placing a couple drops in the hands, or a piece of cloth or tissue.
"Breathe in, Breathe out, repeat."
#2 - Diffusing
Diffusing the oils is beneficial for affecting mood, stimulating the mind, killing airborne pathogens, and changing the aroma of a space like a room or office space.
#3 - Spray Bottle
They can be added to water or alcohol to spray the air as an air freshener, used on countertops or on the body.
#4 - Topical
They can be applied directly to the skin with a carrier oil either by massaging or with a warm or cold compress.
#5 Internally
Essential oils are fat-soluble, so they’re readily delivered to all organs of the body, including the brain.
You can add them to your tea, and taken internally for therapeutic benefits.
