Meet the Team

Alex is a full time licensed massage therapist, makeup artist, and Lash extension tech. She graduated from the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Massage Therapy and she is also a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and lifestyle coach. She opened A Body Therapy in June 2021, and has won Best of the Best for three years running, and has been extremely proud to continue forward each year!
Alex has been apart of the beauty and wellness industry for over 14 years. She enjoys being versatile and continues to bring her best to each client, while continuing to educate and expand her techniques.
